Return & Refund Policy

At UitDuits, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer regulations. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care products.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may:

  • Arrange your own return shipment at your own expense, or
  • Request a return label from us, in which case a €3.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Any return handling fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
